(E/Z)-OT-R antagonist 1 is a mixture of E/Z forms of OT-R antagonist 1 (HY-15015). OT-R antagonist 1 is a novel, potent, selective non-peptide OT-R antagonist that inhibits oxytocin-induced intracellular Ca2+ activation (IC50 = 8 nM)[3][4].
